Our Role in the EV Value Chain
Moveko is not a new vehicle brand. We are an extension plant partner for OEMs that design and manufacture their vehicles elsewhere, but need a reliable, compliant and cost-effective way to complete final assembly inside the European Union. From program design and EU type-approval support to day-to-day line operation, we connect OEM engineering and standards with real factories, logistics and export routes in Bulgaria.
Plant Mindset
At Moveko, your existing plant remains the manufacturer of record. We mirror and adapt your processes, standards and work instructions in our partner facilities in Lovech and future sites such as Varna, so the line in Europe feels like an extra hall of your own factory.

Our programs are built around EU rules from day one – vehicle type-approval and CoC, Conformity of Production, customs classification, and trade-defence / AD-CVD considerations. We design SKD/CKD architectures and data flows that keep you compliant while staying practical for operations.
Logistics & Scalability
We think in containers, kitting and takt time. Packaging concepts, shipping routes, buffer strategy and warehouse layout are engineered together with the line, so you can start with modest volumes and scale up without redesigning your entire industrial footprint.

We co-design the extension concept with your mother plant, build a regulatory and customs blueprint around EU legislation, industrialise the line in our partner sites, and run steady-state operations with CoP and quality built in.
